Rhomboid Wrasse Sick

My Male Rhomboid has been been hiding all of a sudden he's very pale and has ripped fins. He in there with a flame wrasse but i don't notice any aggression. Im unable to get a picture but is there any treatment i can try?

Torn fins and pale colors along with hiding are all signs that point to the rhomboid being a victim of aggression. The flame wrasse is most certainly a suspect, but really without knowing the full stocklist is just a guess.
