My wrasse has been out of sight for 2 days. This morning he showed up with what appears to be damage to one of his fins. I am not sure if it's Ich or not.

I do see a couple of white spots on her fins, but don't see anything that screams "Ich" to me. Keep an eye on them, as if they're abrasions, they could heal just fine, but also could open a pathway to infection.

When I read the title, I thought "Lifestyle damage - something the reefing hobby can do, by draining your bank account".

When I first saw the title, I was thinking of a fish as a party animal and over doing it. Lol

Seriously, agreed to watch and observe for a day or two to see if it improves or not.
