Ricordea extending? Why?

Hi, I've not seen my ricordea do this before. It is a relatively new addition to the tank, but overall has seemed to be happy. Today I observed it in this state. Seems to be extended or reaching. Is it ok? Tank is 32.5 gal, two kessil a160we, Eshopps nano skimmer, nero5 wave maker. Parameters are good w the exception of po4. It spiked this week, have ordered some Chemipure elite to add to the filter chamber. It is an aio tank. Ricordea are on the bottom of the tank on rock about 1.5" off the sand.
The shroom in question is the little orange and green behind the larger green and blue. Too much flow maybe? Reaching for more light?
