Today I noticed one my Ricordea Yuma's part has been splitted. I don't think the fish caused it because it attached very firmly on the rock. I was thinking it might move by itself, but I other corals in my tank (xenia, Zoas, toadstool, kenya,...) never moved so I thought corals in general can't move at all?

Mushrooms can move. They have a foot similar to anemones and can attach and detach.

Wow I feel stupid not knowing about that. My toadstool and lavender mushroom haven't moved though. So basically almost all corals can move around?

Leather toads wont move...mushies,anemones, walking dendros, fungia plate corals and more im forgetting can move themselves in one form or another.

Don’t feel stupid. I’ve been in this hobby for 3 years and I’m still learning new stuff. Reef lover mentioned the corals that move
