I have a a little ricordea garden going, and I'm curious about placement. They all seem to be doing well, but I have two that are placed more.. vertically? See the pics. One has already split, and it dropped the new heads because, well, gravity. Do these guys prefer a more horizontal surface? Does it even matter? It doesn't seem to be hurting them, but I want them to thrive! Asking mainly re: the two near the top left.

P.S. this pic was taken just after sunrise and feeding, so not quite their full glory or cleanliness. But you get the idea.

Good locations and moderate light and water flow

Yeah, they have all that. Mainly, I want to know whether they have a preference in terms of vertical or horizontal placement. The two that are mounted on the vertical surface seem to be doing well, but I want to make sure I'm not discouraging them from growth. Does it matter?
