I have never seen a mushroom do this but all of my euphillia do it all the time. It’s either coral poop or expelling zooanthalete to adjust to the lighting. I noticed mine do it more often when I change the light intensity on them.

All my other corals seem fine water par. Or on point hope everything is ok

Have you just placed them in your tank? What you’re seeing is zooxanthella being expelled. If they are a new addition they’re only adjusting to the change in lighting and water chemistry. No need for worries unless your water chemistry is out of whack.
