Ricordea Yuma Rock (40+ yumas)

Anyone got an idea how much is a fair price for a 5" x 5" x 5" orange ricordea yuma rock with 40+ yumas?

Idk but I want it. Mushrooms grow pretty fast usually unless they are those fancy bubble bounce

Haha, how much would you pay?
And they do grow fairly fast, I started this colony from one mushroom about 5 years ago and i have them all over my tank these days.

Honestly I’m super cheap. I’d want to only pay $75 but I know that wouldn’t happen

That's pretty much how it seems other people feel too locally - I might need to just break the rock up into smaller chunks for it to be worth selling.

I'm in the Denver, CO area.
It seems like I should at least be able to get a few hundred for the whole rock if they sell for 20-25 individually at local shops is my logic. Perhaps smaller chunks would be more palatable is all I'm thinking, the mushrooms would heal up pretty quick from what I've seen when I fragged this one before.

I was about to say $25-$30 tops

Here in SoCal, yumas are going for 30$ to 40$ a piece. And that’s just basic green and orange.

What a single Yuma is going for at the LFS and what I would pay for a full rock are very different. I was just saying that if the OP was in a different market, there would be an incentive to frag the rock out.

nice colony , and yes the yuma ric's are alot more money than florida ric's but also notoriously melt in peoples tanks , what did you wind up doing ?
