Ricordia mushroom diflated

Hello all my mushroom been deflated since i got it a week ago. Dunno maybe because it's a small frag or is it suppose to be that way till it grows a bit. I recently changed its position.
The first pic is recent after I changed its location the second is when I first got it . Any ideas on what I should do

Do a water check:
Salinity
Ph
Nitrates
Moderate light and water flow
Feed 2x a week

Its mouth is open now .I read somewere to put it in the shade so I did I hope that works .the only shade I have is inside a cup byw >•<
