Ricordia

Usually loose ricordeas are placed in a tub of loose rubble in low current and given several days/weeks to attach.

Rics can't be forced to mount, they're super slow to attach, slime profusely when they're disturbed, and if you remove it from the plug, there's a risk of damaging its foot.

I'd just snap the stem from the plug and mount the plug. Eventually, the first shroom will reproduce and the plug won't be noticeable
