Not sure what is going on. Just need some help to try to figure out how to keep it healthy or how to fix. It normally looks like the bottom image in the first one. I kinda looks like it’s coming off the frag
I have it in a lower flow area to medium flow and medium light All my parameters are perfect within range of what I keep them.

Mine come off the frags all the time. Mine prefer sand.

These should not be glued and often separate from plug. Additionally , there may be sponge underneath.

A few of my Ric’s have attached on rock, but one has been walking all over the tank for months. He even disappeared for weeks and then I noticed a orange flash deep inside as I scanned over a rock. Eventually he reappeared from the inside of the rock, laying on the sand looking big again. Another one always ends up underneath a specific Ric, no matter how much I move it, it goes back to being covered by its favorite Ric lol. Let them do what they want. They can handle a wide variety of PAR as well so I just let mine walk where they want.
