Guys, i am going to set up a 12 gallon z and p tank this weekend. I am going to use AI SOL. Please advice on the right LED setting.

These are the z n p going in this nano tank, they are all currently under MH lighting:
RDPE wanna B
My Clementines
Tyree Space Monster
Utter Chaos
Radiant Tangerine
CARS
Pink Elephant
Captain America
Black hole sun
Rasta
Red Hornets
WOW
Vivid Rainbow
Blondies
Chong Bongs

I am not sure, but that sure is a nice list of z&p's. I thought I had some nice ones, but only 3 from your list. I guess I have more to get!! I want to see a pic of the 12 gallon once its set up.

I have run my AI SOL at: white - 20, blue - 70, royal - 60 and done fine with zoas, actually had fantastic growth on them all (in a 16" tall tank with the zoas 4-8" under the water and the lights hung 20" above the tank.

I think you would be fine going as high as 40 white 100 blue 100 royal if the zoas were deeper.

The LED rack actually is about 3-5 inches above the tank. I need to measure and confirm it.

I have my LED's 5 inches above my water, does 20 inches above the water seem a bit high? I recently moved my lights about 1.5 inches closer to the water and my zoas and acans hated it, but my SPS loved it. I ended up moving them back up to 5 inches from the water. Although my LED's are not AI Sol's.

That seams real high for a sol 100% would fry the corals I would think. Especially in a 12 g. What are the dimensions.

You are the only other person I've heard say they have the radiant tangerines. I got them from a guy in San Fran. Do you have a pic. And remember with the LEDs you want to acclimate the corals to them.

Ok, just measured. It is going to be around 5 inches above the tank. It is a JBJ 12g nano tank.

Personally I would start at about 25 percent with the Sol .Here are mine from a guy in San Fran named Kess
