I am two weeks in on cycling Biocube 30 with live rock. Ammonia 0, nitrates 0. Actually never saw ammonia spike, the rock was never out of circulated water. Is this the right algae?
I don’t plan on putting fish in till end of year because I will be out of the country for 10 days at Christmas time. Should I add CUC’s before and if so should they be fed periodically, I have an automatic feeder?
Thanks for any feedback!

Sounds like you are on track! I would recommend adding a small cleanup crew. Some faveroutes are nassarius, trochus or turbo snails, stromb snails and hermit crabs

Considering placing an order with Reef Cleaners. Might eliminate emerald crab because I have 2 small hitchhiker crabs, Mithraculus forceps(looked them up) that was in the live rock.
