Would that rigid tubing provided by red sea creates any tension or purges for the main siphon? Thats my setup right now. Somebody mentioned that the rigid tubing would make my main siphon purges and created bubbles and tension, and i have to hard plumb it. Is that true is hard plumbing needed here? I assume you mean the flexible tubing included with the ReefMat. It's completely fine the way you set it up - both for the primary and emergency overflow (you may want to shorten the length on the emergency overflow so it just hangs straight down about 1-2" above the bottom of the sump).

Just shorten the tubing of the hose on the emergency flow u mean?

Yes - so it's more or less hanging straight down as opposed to lying on its side.
Dude i feel so embaraced about my pvc job. Like this is the worst pvc, and priming job ever im new to glueing and priming and i went overboard with it was trying to disconnect my pump from the piping. And i noticed that the pump is glued took it apart, sbd there was glue and prime inside of my pump. Like im just embarrassed this is just a failure job. Would that affect anything in the system the primer and glue obviously dried up because its been a week. But idk if it would affect anything else? The smell surprisingly still there. I dont jnow how after over a week almost i sent that video to my friend

Don't sweat it. You can always disassemble the pump and soak the components in something like EzeClean overnight, then scrub them off.
Do i have to do that? If left it would create issues?
