So I just got my new Waterbox 6025 filled with water. This is my first rimless and I’m wondering if 1/8 inch flex per long side is normal?

it might be “normal“, I dunno.....but bowing glass concerns me: unscientific or not
edited to add: nice tank, lots of upside you got there...hope it works out

Based off of my experience with a four foot long, 12mm tank, I would say it's expected (yours 6 foot 15mm if what I'm looked up is right). I had the same issue. As soon as I filled it, it was bowing and distorting the view. I drained it and went and had glass bracing cut for the top which minimized it. Now the silicon is starting to separate (not into the seam yet), but the tank's days are numbered. Planning to start getting quotes soon. I'll never buy another rimless.

Only 5 feet. How many years have had your rimless?

My 120 gallon 4 foot rimed tank is over 20 years old with a big crack in the top rim since new and the silicon is still holding up. This new tank has me worried a little.

1/8” on the long panels seems fine/normal to me. My deep blue frag tank bows about that amount.
