This is the first time this has happened, my reactor for the biopellets got clogged and the pellets weren't churning. I'm not sure how long this has been going on, I'm thinking 2-3 days at the most(since Sundays maintenance) I pulled the Reactor out and I am curious if I can dump the stagnant water out and rinse off the pellets and reuse them?
I ask because this is a fairly new batch of pellets, about a month old.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

As long as the pellets have not turned dark brown or black you can rinse them well in RO/DI water and use them again. This will however, restart the break in time for the pellets to start being able to reduce nitrates
