I went away for a few days and one of all of my macros decided to go sexual!:( Can I keep the sea lettuce/macros that survived or toss everything?

There’s no logical reason to throw away perfectly healthy macro algae, unless you want to. If you want them; keep them.

A change of water and you good. My caluerpa goes sexual once in a while. Sometimes I catch it in time, other times I don’t but I change about 50% (of a 10 gallon) and my clowns, nems, other macro do good. Takes a couple of hours to clear up.

You can probably keep the stuff that survived. Are you just doing a massive water change or restarting the tank?
Neither. I’m selling it and I threw it away because I had no place to put it and was too sad to keep it. I am upgrading my pufferfish’s tank anyway.
