RIP Yellow Tang

Good evening fellow reefers. LONG STORY short, yesterday I built a new stand for my fish tank so I could place my trigger sump underneath it. Which ment I had to transfer about 96% of my rock and water to other containers to be able to lift tank. Everything moved nicely and everything appeared to be alright. I went to work and then checked back only to find that my yellow tang did not make it. It p***ed me off because he was my favorite and didn’t take crap from my red toothed trigger.

so my question is, what fish is similar to the yellow tang that could hold its own with the trigger. It’s about 2-3 inches.

Yea, I was just blown away..... kinda sickening...... but gotta move on and learn from my mistakes. Thank you for the suggestions fish guy. And thank you for the complement, I haven’t finished setting up sump rock work or jets. Took like two days for building the stand and moving everything over. Gotta finish the rest on my next days off. Oh and that includes fixing the huge mess I made in the garage!

i honestly try to get established fish from a reefer.. i bought a 72 full reef system for my white tail..
fish disease is horrible in reefs..good luck

I'd go with a purple tang personally.
