I had the tank in the garage as I build the stand and acquired the last few pieces of equipment before starting the cycle and my wife decided she would park a little too close to it. I’m pretty devastated at this point. I got the aquarium at a deal I know I’ll never find again so this is really leaving me to question if I want to continue or not.

So sorry for you loss. That sucks big time. Don't let it discourage you thu. There are deals out there all the time. You will find another tank and you'll already have a stand.

dang that’s a bust. I am working daily to get my tank wet and this would just stop everything. I also found my glass box for a deal. I could afford the deal again but finding one takes time. So sorry dude. Hopefully a better deal is on its way

Where do you live Steve, if your close someone might be able to help you out or point you in the right direction to a great deal.

You might also look into finding one through a local auction. My husband is an auctioneer here in TX and we got both of ours (complete set-ups) that way. We paid 35.00 for our 60 gallon and 50.00 for our 72 gallon. Just a thought.

I’m going to pull the overflows and bulkheads but what do I do with the busted tank? Any suggestions? I’ve never had one this size break.
