Today my anemone ripped, pretty badly might I add, and my tank is only 9 gallons.
What are the chances of survival? Anything I can do? One of the parts is stuck in the rock, there's no way I can get it out, the other is laying on the sand bed.

Did you rip it or did it do itself? If it did that itself that’s how they split and it’s normal for the split to act odd for a few days or at least mine always have.

I accidentally ripped it myself, but after a few hours of watching the halves I can already see them growing, they both have a puffy white layer of flesh and they're both already almost circular in shape

going to give her a 60/40 chance of survival, in favour of surviving, they're pretty hardy but the rip seems bad :( good luck!
Don't stress it too much, dont move it, just let it chill right there. When she's looking a bit better, give her 1 anemone pellet (I feed mine pellets from Vitalis) 1 pellet twice a week, 1 on monday & 1 on thursday

Unfortunately when torn or pulled, they rarely survive but keep an eye before you rule it dead.

Remember R.I.P is in the word ripped

This one survived a fight with a power head. Chewed up pretty good.

with all due respect, i'd like to disagree i've mended up multiple anemone's who had torn foots, or were torn in half (either naturally, or by force sidenote: force not applied by myself & were not my anemone)
It takes weeks to months to recover, but with love & care they do

I too have seen recovery although rare. That's why I mentioned -keep an eye on it
