Well, sometimes smaller centropyge can be the aggressors — @HotRocks Potter’s angel is a total jerk to his flame but they’re in a 180 and they have enough space that nothing gets serious and they’re playing better every day.
I also would watch for fluke damage. Anything on the eyes?
