RKL not connecting to myReef 2.0? Help Please

I need some help with my RKL. It is not working with myReef 2.0. When I plug the SID V2 in, I get this:

This is how they are attached to each other: RKL --> PC4 #1 --> PC4 #2 --> SID V2 --> PC

I would reboot the computer and try it again. Is it by chance running on a laptop that is not plugged into wall power? You can also try to use a different USB port.

Thanks. I tried a different USB port and it worked out. It now senses all the devices, but the program is clunky to say the least. Instead of minimizing it just closes the program. It says I have 3 PC4s (I only have two), and one is in italics and says it is corrupted.

It works though. Thanks for the help.
