So I did some rearranging on my tank. Afterwards my rkl shut off. It came back on. Then did it again. And again. I unplugged the essentials and put them on a surge protector to keep pumps and heater running. But now I'm without lights.

Has anyone had an issue like this? I don't know what to do besides get up early tomorrow and unplug everything and try hooking it back up.

With the rkl head I have an sl1 with pH and itemp. Also an alc and two pc4s.

Kinda stressed from messing with my rockwork and now this.

I checked all my wires and I have no water anywhere and no leaks so I don't know what caused this. It's causing both pc4s to lose power and flash red on the status light. The head unit just says error.

So I left everything unplugged for 2 days, and then started hooking everything up one thing at a time to try and figure out if any equipment could be causing the issue. Nothing caused it to reset.

All my settings were saved still and everything is working fine. Weird.

kinda seems like it was being overpowered somehow.. when the RK does this use the "reset" button on the PC4s and see if that helps.. past that it could have just been you got some water into a plug and you never noticed it..

Thank you. If this happens again I'll be sure to try that. And check for water. I didn't see any but I was doing a lot of remodeling in the display and could have gotten something wet.

Also I noticed one of the dimming wires had become loose at a connector between the alc and the driver. That may have done it. Not sure.
