Uhhhh, man I gotta study all that tubing for minute!
So if you're talking about this valve, then Yes, I believe so. But here's a tip for you... You can put a timer on the Booster pump to turn it off and back on every 30-60 minutes (your preference) and it will automatically purge waste water every time power is restarted.
I use Kasa power strips with the Alexa Routines feature to set all that up. Say "Alexa, make water" anywhere in my house and away she goes, doing a waste water purge every hour until the RO tank is full and the float valve shuts it off.
