RO Buddie problems

I just purchased an RO/DI system called RO Buddie from Aquatic Life. When I run water through it, I get no cleaned water; everything comes out as waste water. I don't have a device to measure water pressure, but it seems more than high enough coming out of the tap. Temperature is at 78 degrees (which they say is what is needed.) Any other advice?

I seem to remember having the same problem with mine at first. And then when after taking it apart and putting it back together it worked like a charm...

Make sure your tubing looks like this??
