You do realize water temp plays a big role in production also?

@Buckeye Hydro posted a calculator in another thread where you input your incoming TDS, water temp, and membrane size, and it will spit out what you should be making in GPD. Wish I had saved the link though.

OK.... So, we switched the two lines back to how the system arrived to us. I'm thinking that BRS did in fact install it correctly before they shipped to us. We found a kink in the waste water line and now it seems to be pumping out water. Just measured and it looks like we are making about 2 cups of water in 3 minutes, so if I did my math correctly, that's about 60g in 24 hours, right? Let's just say our water line is cold (we're in SoCal, so I don't think it's that cold... but whatever).

Does 60g production seem right for a 150g system with all things considered? This is enough to make you want to quit before you even start. :p

Sounds really low to me, but I forget after reading the thread, you have the 150GPD unit with 7 total stages?

I have a 4 stage 150GPD BRS system and my water is coooold(roughly 37F). I make 32 gallons in about 6 hours(roughly 128GPD). I will admit I've never actually measured it, but I have a rough idea of how long it takes to fill my RO/DI barrel.

Yeah, we have 7 stages. I can't for the life of me figure out what to do now. UGH.

take a couple pics of the entire unit, and all the plumbing. Lets see of we can get this figured out.

Here are some photos. Let me know if there's something specific you want to see.

I have a spectrapure 180gpd unit with the high rejection membranes. I can fill a 44 gallon brute in 8 hours or so at 60psi, highest the booster pump will go. My water is probably 40 degrees in northern Idaho

I was thinking more pictures of the units plumbing. Sorry for not being more specific.

Just asking, but you do have the flush valve handle closed? Its perpendicular to the barrel, and not inline?

And in order from the inlet, what are all your stages?

Stage 1 - GE ROSave.Z 1 Micron Depth Sediment Filter
Stage 2 - BRS 1 Micron Universal Carbon Block
Stage 3 - BRS 1 Micron Universal Carbon Block
Stage 4 - Dow Filmtec Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Stage 5 - Pro Series Cation Deionization Resin
Stage 6 - Pro Series Anion Deionization Resin
Stage 7 - Pro Mixed Bed Cation Deionization Resin

So did you swap these back yet? You're "Product" water comes out of the orange circled outlets and the blue circled ones are your waste.
