Our kitchen sink has a pull-down faucet head. The head itself is male-threaded - looks like 1/2". Has anybody found a RO/DI adapter for this? Most I see are female-threaded

Under-sink not a great option; if I use the kitchen sink RO/DI can't be permanently mounted. The easiest connection would be in the upstairs laundry - I'd just have to run the output line down the stairwell to RO/DI storage. Just exploring other options

That looks like it would do the trick - Thanx!!

I‘ve found that a John Guest 1/4” x 3/8” x 3/8” angle stop valve is the best non permanent way supply your RODI unit from the cold water line beneath the kitchen sink, or any sink for that matter.. It’s a non permanent threaded connection and installation is very easy. My RODI unit detaches from the angle stop valve and is stored away when not in use... easy peasy!
