I had a bladder go bad on my rodi system the other day. now I'm trying to get my waste water to stop running but it keeps going.. I took my asv off cleaned it up reinstalled it with no change right now it runs yo used filter to carbon to another carbon block the membrane the waste to a holding tank (55gal drum) then good water to another bucket with on/off valve.. And my readings out of the waste water and good water reads same TDs 087 which I know isn't good when I turn on good water side waste water runs slow.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks everyone. I can send pics if needed

Something seems to be either hooked up wrong or you have other problems as the TDS should not be the same on waste water and clean water, but you might want to send Arizona Desert Rat (R2R screen name) a PM on here as he is most knowledgeable about RODI systems as he has worked in that industry.

I have looked for Arizona desert rat and have had no luck with sending him a message. Keeps saying no member found

Had same issue installed a check valve between ro membrane clean water out and the asv. If you dont will backfeed membrane and keep producing waste water.

I have gotten my TDs down to 30 but still can't get them lower from faucet TDs is right at 120tds I took the asv off and have it hooked up now as follows
1) used filter
2)carbon block
3) carbon block
4) membrane (150gal day)
5) di but has no flow directions you can blow through one side and get water blow the other side and sediment comes out with water.( I know I need to go the other direction with that one. After removing the asv water pressure dropped in good water side. Ratio is still off almost 1-1 vs 4-1.
