Ro/DI Hook up to well.

Just bough the stage 5 Ro/di with TDS meter. Can’t find info on do I hook it up to my softened water that has removed iron or do I hook it up to the straight from the well water? Thanks for the help.

I sold my office which is where I was making my RODI water. My house has a well and the water coming in is terrible. Is there any way to make good RODI water from a well? Can I add any more filters to my RODI unit?

I have read these. What I’m asking is to hook it straight to the well water with iron or to my softened water?

I would do two things.
You may have already done one.
First I would get an analytical report on your well water so you know what the heck is actually in there.
I just did one cost was $185.00 but I know what's in there now.
Showed me how much silicates and Cation and Anion were in my well water, the works.
According to the EPA standards my well water is A-OK for human consumption.

The second I would hook directly up to the well.
No reason to put excess water through the softener.
