I was having a huge issue burning through di resin like crazy for several months now. I'm talking 2 canisters of di resin just to make 50 gallons of water for water change. Finally found the issue! The auto-shutoff valve was draining waste water into my product line. After taking out the auto-shutoff tds dropped from 300 to 3 within 5 minutes. I can't believe it took so long to figure this out! I have not seen anywhere on the forums about that valve malfunctioning. I use solenoids so I don't even need this anyway. Has anyone had this issue before?

I've never heard of this issue, but hopefully your experience will help others if they are having similar issues.
