Ro/di issues

Sample your Waste Water to ensure the unit is plumbed correctly and you're not pumping Waste Water through the RO Membrane and Product Water down the drain.

If the numbers tell you it's plumbed correctly, next release the system pressure and take the Membrane housing apart.
Remove the Membrane and inspect the o-rings for damage. You want to ensure Waste Water is not bypassing the Membrane.
Re-install the Membrane and push it down hard into the housing to ensure it's properly seated, then re-install the cap.
Re-start the unit WITHOUT the DI and flush the system for 15 mins or so. Hopefully you have a flush valve on the unit.
After flushing, run the unit for 5 mins or so, then take a TDS reading - remember this is without the DI included.

With your source water of 137, and a 98% rejection rate, you should be getting close to less than 3 TDS from the Membrane.

Post your results after testing

I have double checked the line the water comes from the tap -> sediment filter -> carbon filter -> ro membrane -> DI resin -> out the product line

tap water tds: 120 tds
waste water tds: 166 tds
without DI: 10 tds
with DI: 0 tds!

I re-installed the membrane and ran the system without the DI for 5 mins. When I tried with DI again I am getting a reading of 0 tds. Maybe the ro membrane wasn't in correctly or it just needs to be run without DI each time before starting up. Either way. Seems to be giving 0 tds!

Sorry, the wife and I are fighting something off so I've been in front of the tube all day ;Hurting

Looks like you solved it by re-seating the Membrane !!
Those test results confirm you have the lines coming out of the Membrane housing going in the correct directions.

Consider installing a valve between the RO and DI. This way you can flush the unit before you start producing DI water. Plus it will greatly extend the life of your DI media as you're not running tds creep through it.
I flush mine for about 15 mins before each run and check the tds before I divert it to my storage drum.

Now you just need to clean out your storage and ato containers.

Must have been. I guess I didn't get it pushed in all the way or something when I first installed it.

Ya a flush valve is a good idea. I have some extra pieces laying around I could create one out of. That's a good idea.

I cleaned out my containers awhile ago. I need a lid for my ato container. I am a little worried that my mixing container might be leaking phosphates into the water. Or it could be the tds I had in my water. I have yet to test with the new 0 tds water.
