So I’m working on re-organizing my mixing station and I’m wanting to change the way that I plumb and mount my ro/di stuff. By default they are on top of the mounting bracket for all the canisters horizontally, but I want to mount them up and down, I just don’t like the look of them on top of that bracket. Is there any reason I shouldn’t do this?

In this picture you can kinda see how I’m wanting to mount the membrane down on the floor

It should be fine. Water is forced thru them, under pressure. Orientation will not matter. They come on top to save space.

Orient to two outlet ports so they retain water in the RO membrane housing. Put a board or something similar under the bottom of your clear housings so they are not being torqued.
