RO/DI purchase question

Okay, so it’s easier for me to buy Spectrapure in Canada from a retailer in Canada. And I found one.

Here are 3 units, but it’s not clear to me what their differences are. So, which one should I get, and what refills should I order? Note that prices are in Can dollars if they look high to you.

I don’t think my water has chloramine, but I can’t swear to it. Water is naturally very soft.

And I know it's RO/DI but I can't figure out how to edit the title. Serves me right for typing this on my phone.

c. it comes with a flush valve and aso valve to hook up to your water container. it stops the unit from producing water once the float switch is triggered. it comes with the membrane, filters and di cartridges.
