I had the same issue as you not long ago. Took me some head scratching and figuring out, Was only made 1 gallon every 30 minutes compared to the normal 15 minutes it usually takes as well as slightly higher then usual TDS coming out of the membrane. Turned out it was the 3 year old membrane, once replaced it was back to its old self again. Turns out also that when membranes fail they dont slowly fail, they completely fail at once.It was the membrane. My first half gallon took 6 min. +- Thanks to all that answered my plea for help. I am upgrading (90-130) my tank, so I purchased all new prefilters and membrane and DI resin. For three days (scratching my head) on and off I worked on it, process of elimination. I finally figured it could only be the membrane, so went and bought a replacement. I had cut up my old one to see how much scale, so I couldn't even try using that first off................lolI had the same issue as you not long ago.
