Ro/di runn

I am thinking about running my ro/di from the laundry to a bucket next to the tank. So when the freshwater runs out i can hit a switch to refill it. It will be about a 4 ft drop to about 15ft straight run then about 2 ft up. I can turn the pressure up to around 100psi. I have it 80 psi now. Would I be able to run my line that far and haveb problems?
