Hi everyone

New to the hobby and I've been doing a ton of research and finally settled on getting a Nano MAX from Red Sea to host some soft corals and down the line some LPS with a couple of fish but I digress.

Being where I am, equipment are very tough to come by and if I import, I pay a fortune on shipping making things prohibitive to acquire one of which was a RODI system. I only found RO systems so I bought 5 stage one that came with the typical 3 pre filters plus a membrane filer and an inline post carbon filter because of the bladder tank. The system had no instructions at all for installation so I did a few mistakes (my bad for not checking more YouTube videos) like putting the wrong order of carbon filters (sediments was right). But the mistake I am most worried about is that I didn't flush the pre filters before running the flow into the pressurised membrane. I then saw a few videos and realised my mistake and then flushed the membrane for a few minutes. How bad did that hurt the membrane? Should I change it?

I went to the store and asked and the guy said I don't need. He also said if I don't run the bladder tank I risk shortening the booster pump life (I don't intend to use the bladder tank and just collect water directly from the system when i need to) which was questionable to be honest. Is he correct?

The system is a no brand 75gpd rated one. I bought a canister for the DI (blue and yellow color charging resin) and today even found an inline DI from iSpring (surprisingly) with brown resin that I replaced the post carbon with that then feeds the DI canister effectively having 2 DI now as tab water here measures 550 tds :(

I would keep the original setup they had instead of running 2 DI resins.
