RO/DI Spectrapure TDS Confusing numbers

Hi guys I have a spectrapure unit as picture below and I am not sure I am reading the TDS properly.
The first one shows in 133 and out 0. Second one in 3 and out 2. According to the manual the second one out is actual final water result. If yes why then First one out is zero, shouldnt it be higher than 3 (as IN in the second one) ?

Something is definitely not right. If the TDS meters are hooked up correctly I would expect it to read 133 then 1 then 0 then 0. Have you traced the wires on the tds meters to see where they are plugged in.

Its been running for about 4-5 month so the second TDS meter is probably fine with 3IN and 2 OUT I need to change cartriges. But whats confusing me is 0 on OUT of the first one. I rechecked and all seems to be connected properly

I would take the meter out, clean it, and make sure to put it back in correctly.
