RO/DI storage

I'm just getting ready for my first build and have my RO/DI unit set up with a brute trash can for mixing water. The thing is, the only place to store it is in my garage which is typically very hot, humid, and gets a lot of sunlight. How long would be a reasonable amount of time to store RO water before you would become concerned?

My primary concern would be mold, do you have a spot to put a dehumidifier?

I store mine in a brute in garage in Virginia, no problems. I clean with vinegar quarterly.
