RO/DI system diagnosis?

Just to update in case it is helpful for somebody down the road, the resin was definitely depleted. I still don't recall if the DI chamber or whole system was encased in airtight packaging (I imagine it was) so don't open til you're ready to not only install but keep the system under water pressure.

I got new resin and a booster pump and now I'm sitting comfortably at 5 TDS in 0 out. I had to dial the pump back a bit to keep it under 80 PSI (BRS RODI specs top 80 PSI so no need to push it) from the 35 PSI I had to start. Thank you to everybody who chimed in and learned me some new stuff. Cheers.
