Ro/di unit question

If a ro/di unit was used for 1 year than sat for 3 years do all filters and ro membrane need to be replaced?

Membrane might be good. Better to start off on the right foot though

If sat dry you may have to replace the seals also.

Yes replace all the filters. After 3 years the membrane most likely dried out which ruins them.
