RO/DI unit usage

Hi,

Can someone please let me know if I need to flush water through the RODI unit if I only use it once a
week for 15G of RODI water? If needed, how long do I need to flush it between each use.
Also, for the waste water, is it safe to water the plants?

Do you recommend BRS or aquaticlife?

I would recommend buckeye hydro or spectrapure

I have never flushed mine do not have a flush valve.
I do bypass the DI for the first few minuets I make RODI to remove the TDS creep so my resin last longer.

Waste water is safe to water plants.
