I think its getting time to get a new ro.di unit instead of replacing the membrane. so with that said. What is a good ro.di unit?

BRs is who I was thinking of going for. Just wanted to hear some other reefers opinions.

You will need to get a Chloramine specific unit to remove those. BRS has some options.

I bought an air, water, and ice unit and wish I went with a stage 5 plus unit from BRS.

Bull!
Any good RO/DI with a 1 micron or less carbon block and full size 20 oz mixed bed DI will remove chloramines. Don't believe all the catalytic carbon "chloramine" crap. Its the DI resin that removes the ammonia portion of chloramines, any good carbon is easily capable of removing the chlorine portion.

You will not find a better RO/DI than Spectrapure and Buckeye Field Supply would be my second choice with PurelyH2o my third. Good quality low micron sediment filters which protect the SINGLE 1 micron or less carbon blocks and in the case of Spectrapure absolute rated sediment filters, specially treated RO membranes and custom blended DI resins.
