Does anyone know what this film/ settlement may be? I threw out the first 40 gallons of my new RODI unit and started mixing saltwater. I have this odd white settlment or film that sets onto the sides and sticks on to the powerhead. He is a pucture you can see it well on the powerhead where I wiped some off with my finger. Is this normal?

What brand of system did you get? How many stages? Seem a bit dark possibly some possible carbon dust?
