Can I use softened water thru my RO/DI, without any negative results?

I have a softener and am on well water. I use a 7 stage RODI no problem. I think as long as you are at 0 - 1 TDS you are fine. My tank does well.

I also have a water softener and run RODI system with no effects. Actually the RODI company I purchased from recommend I have a softener to help remove some contamination before the system.

Sure can also the water softener will extend the life of your RO ,saving you money. Also the D I resin should bring down the total dissolve salts to 0
