Hi all,
I having been keeping freshwater aquariums for last 21 years , now want to make a 150 gallons reef aquarium , Ro+DI water is not available in my country , i have a water filter available that has RO+UV+UF+MTDS filters , will water from this filter be fine for my reef tank .
RO+DI filters units are also not available in my country only option is importing it from US which will cost me close to 700-800$
Thanks in advance for help

I think it should be ok. By any chance do you know whats the TDS of the water?
Total dissolved solids. Minerals, salts or dissolved metals such as calcium, chloride, nitrate, iron , sulfur and some organic matter

I'm not sure what MTDS does, but RO alone is often adequate. Flush the lines before the filter, if possible, to reduce the copper load in them.

I agree just use the RO water and you should be okay provided you don't overfeed, stay on top of water changes and have a good clean up crew.
