Im getting some water ready with my Purewaterclub RO/DI kit and on my 30th gallon bucket of water, im reading 8ppm, should I use this water? Im just setting it up. My first 20 gallons is 0-1 PPM... Also this is my water table below, if I were to invest in a new RO/DI kit, should I go ahead and get a 4 stage from BRS? or my water to heavy for that?

I would NOT use the water. I researched the brand "purewaterclub". From what I can tell it's an RO system NOT an RO/DI system. The DI part is what you need to add to get the rest of those unknown minerals out. Without actually seeing your set up I'm not positive. Those Aquarium systems they sell don't look to have any real DI canisters or DI resin in them. Looks like they are trying to pass off a second RO filter as a DI filter. That's just BS.

Looking at the systems at Purewaterclub they are standard canisters. If you haven't changed filters in a while it probably wouldn't hurt. The nice thing is if you order a DI canister and resin from BRS you can also get new filters. I would suggest calling them tell them what you have and they will set you up with only what you NEED and not what others think you need.

If you could post a picture of your specific filter system and it's model number it would help in figuring out if it will do the job.

I bought the system with a DI resin and it was working for about 20 gallons and it crapped out on me, so I was looking into a better system.

Again, your filter housings are fine, it’s the filters inside that might be your problem. Also might need to reroute some tubing. No need to buy an entire new system unless you just have money to burn. You say your DI died at about 20 gallons? something about that doesn’t make sense. Proper DI resin will last 1000+ gallons.

Maybe. I mean the whole system cost 70 bucks and the replacement filters including the DI resin was 30 dollars. Maybe it's made cheap? Or maybe I don't have enough pressure and too much dwell time.
