So I have the ro buddy now and am thinking about upgrading. No sure what to but open to input on that. My main questions are 1: what are you guys using as far as inline tds meter. And is it better to add a flush valve if so recommendations on how to do that as well. Thank y’all in advance

Many units come with a built in tds
I recommend spectrapure
Air water and ice
Marine depot klearwater
Brs unit

I use the brs 4 stage with a digital inline tds meter, an inline pressure gauge, a flush valve, and a di bypass for flushing. Bulk reef has videos on the flush valve and pressure gauge if you are interested.

I use the brs 5 stage. Love it. Also has tds meter

Get one with the flush valve and flush valve. Most of the good ones come with them anyway.

Spend the extra $100 or so and get the booster pump BRS sells. I make water at 85 psi with it— amazing speed.

My regular pressure at the tap is around 70.
I love air water and ice out of flordia.
