I wonder if that's the dealWhen I got my first Carbon(can’t rember the brand ) I had to flush the carbon.
If you have cheap carbon and high cloramines from city water , it’ll burn the carbon up fast then eat the di.
Well water will eat the di too.
Worth a shot.I wonder if that's the deal
Are the carbon filters universal? My city water is 370 from the tap.
I don’t burn resin like that. Any more that is.
Went with a better carbon from BRS
Like $3-4 more. Kinda dum they even sell the junk carbon
Pretty much yea.def look first. LolAre the carbon filters universal?

Says it's 10" * 2.5"Thanks salty. Your helpful!
I bet these will fit right in.You’re welcome.
It’s what we do here. We like people to enjoy thier tanks.
Dinner - DINo, pressure tank if after dinner. Yes I took it apart and made sure it was seated first. iSpring is sending me a new RO membrane after troubleshooting
The water in the tank has already been thru DI so it's ready for use. I cannot wait for water to trickle out thru DI when I need itThat is REALLY an odd configuration - you really should not have DI water sent to a pressure tank if you're at all interested in system efficiency.
Our Reef/Residential RODI System has a pressure tank for drinking water that is filled with RO water, and a DI stage, but RO water from the pressure tank never goes to the DI stage.

It's at the top of the post. 251What is the reading on the tap water from your sink?
