I want to rig up a flush setup on my RO filters. Can somebody help me with something like a sketch of the routing so I can just buy valves or whatever and set it up on mine?

Ok....reading up on it a bit and I have basically found that all the flush kit does is bypass the flow restrictor. I currently have my line from the sediment filters splitting into two RO membranes, to increase output. I found a video where they ran two membranes inline and said it reduced wastewater by about half. I'm assuming that the way I have mine will produce faster water, but create more waste. Anybody know much about this? also, what flow restrictor would I need if both are inline? I'm assuming that if I have two 75gpd membranes inline, that one 75gpd restrictor would do... but if I run them separate like I do now, I would need one 150gpd restrictor.

Your going to want to wait for a for sure answer from AZDesertRat, but I'm pretty sure you don't need to flush your RO Membrane.

Spencer, check out Spectrapure's website. They sell the flush kits. Maybe you could see a diagram of one!

I got mine from air water ice. It's all one piece. Basically let's more water flow throught and around. Im not sure it's something you can build. Should be pretty easy to get it either place.
