Every 60 seconds my RO kit makes a loud stuttering noise. The pressure gauge goes up to 60-80 for a few seconds and then back down. Its driving myself and especially my wife crazy. The guy who installed it for me took it to his house for a week and he couldn't replicate it. Reinstalled it, STILL STUTTERING. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I "think" i kno what your talking about, turn the unit on and rotate the membrane housing, if it shutters while rotating, disconnect and empty everything and refill
Pick it up in your hands while it is running and slowly rotate it all around in different orientations to release any trapped air in the housings.
