RO Membrane

How often is everyone changing their RO membranes out? I generally change my sediment filter, carbon block, and DI risen as soon as my TDS meter reads 1. I've had the BRS 4 stage RODI system for a couple years now and have yet to change the RO membrane but am wondering if I need to soon?

I haven't changed mine in years. When I start getting high TDS out of the membrane(above 2 for me), it's time to change it.
